Gaining knowledge of every aspect of building, Steve began at grass roots level, working for a Builders Merchant. He then worked for a small building company as a labourer and groundworker before completing a City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery, for which he was awarded a distinction. Following this vital training he went on to become a foreman for a local company before joining forces with Martin and forming Lee and Sibley Building Contractors, which have been operating successfully since 1993.
