Grade II
Here at Lee and Sibley we have a wide range of experience in working with all aspects of Listed Buildings. Both Steve and Martin have completed Traditional Building Skills Courses through Essex County Council which include; Lime plaster repairs, renovations to timber frame and historic windows, repairs to Flint walling, conservation brickwork and working with lead. We appreciate that working on a Listed Building requires knowledge of specialist materials and suppliers and we have operated extensively on many Listed projects including Oak frame repairs, lime plasters and peg tile roofs. We are also available to liaise with local Conservation Officers.
Commercial
As a company we have undertaken numerous commercial projects. These range from Alteration, refurbishment and extensions to numerous Schools and hospitals, to shop refurbishments and the complete Refurbishment of the Water Tower at RAF Marham in Norfolk Our latest projects include; QE2 Hospital in Welwyn Garden City, primary and secondary schools in Stevenage; Heathcoat, Barnwell and Giles, and Samuel Ryder Academy in St Albans.

With many years of experience, Lee and Sibley have the knowhow to approach and complete this, often tricky work, removing the stress from you. We are proficient in providing both structural drawings and calculations to satisfy your Local Building Authority and provide you with a fully detailed quote.
